Apple hits $300/share and Outlook for the Mac

Following Intel’s lead from yesterday, Apple’s stock broke the $300/share for the first time ever. This follows their third quarter announcement of their “all-time record revenue” and in anticipation of Monday’s fourth quarter results.

Also, Outlook for the Mac announced earlier this year ships in two weeks, according to Amazon. Walter Mossberg reviews it today in his Wall Street Journal’s Personal Technology column. For those who have been shoehorning Entourage into Exchange environment for years, maybe this will make life a bit easier. Of course, you have to shell out $175/head for Office for Mac 2011.
